Excellent, rare Winchester- Lee Model Straight Pull Model rifle s/n 14669, manufactured circa 1906 in obsolete 6 mm Lee Navy (.236 U.S.N.) calibre. Sporting model with round 24 inch rapid taper barrel. Five shot clip fed box-magazine (missing), located beneath the receiver. Oil stained semi-pistol grip. Metal parts blued. Marked on the receiver with the Winchester name and address and patent dates 1893, 1894, 1895 and 1898. 236 U.S.N. calibre marking on the barrel. Pistol grip stock extending to about half length of the barrel and featuring finger grooves on the forend. Shotgun style butt-plate of steel. Adjustable sporting style rear sight. Total made about 1,700.

Overall in very fine to excellent condition with most original blue to the barrel and receiver.   The bore is close 8 plus /10 bright bore with good rifling and the action is great and in full working order.
