Scarce, one-sided, unmarked common top flask, by Hawksley, with double curvature profile line to create a main and upper swell. The main swell is decorated with a panel enclosing a open wing eagle, with a shield on its breast and clutching three arrows in its claws. The upper swell has a panel with crowned riband on which is marked “E Pluribus Unum” surmounting a cluster of 19 stars. Very attractive pocket flask. A few dents on plain side.
